Vestibular Coaching FAQ
What is R2 Vestibular Coaching?
R2 Vestibular Coaching is a nationwide vestibular wellness and coaching program that helps users improve their balance, gaze stability, and dizziness tolerance through guided non-clinical exercises.
2. Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?
No. Our coaching services do not provide diagnosis, medical evaluation, or treatment. We guide users through wellness-based vestibular exercises for performance and symptom management.
3. How does the video consultation work?
Your coach meets with you virtually, learns your goals, reviews your dizziness patterns, and designs a personalized, non-clinical movement plan to improve your vestibular fitness.
4. Are vestibular exercises safe if I feel dizzy often?
Yes — our programs are designed to be gradual, controlled, and symptom-aware. If we see medical red flags, we immediately recommend a licensed provider.
5. What’s the difference between coaching and physical therapy?
Coaching focuses on wellness, performance, and guided exercise without a specific diagnosis or providing medical treatment. In other words, coaching is designed to make you stronger whether or not you have a specific diagnosis. Physical therapy provides clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and rehabilitation performed by licensed PTs in a medical setting (Florida only).
6. Do I need any equipment for coaching?
No. Most exercises only require a wall, chair, or small space which allow for supervision. We will guide you through everything needed.
7. Can I contact my coach between sessions?
Yes — you can message your coach or schedule a video consultation for check-ins or questions.
8. How much does coaching cost?
Pricing varies depending on your program and frequency of coaching. Contact us directly for concierge coaching pricing.
