Aging In Place Independence Program

  • Wheelchair and Assistive Device Assessment to improve mobility for household and community distances

Physical therapy services are provided by licensed physical therapists and may be covered by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, or other payment arrangements depending on eligibility and applicable regulations. Our concierge services are available through our package programs.
